How To Order
Online Ordering
Once you have decided on the product, size and any additional optionals that you wish to purchase.
Order Step 1: Click Add to basket, the next screen will allow you to check that everything is correct or you may want to alter or add something. You can then click on 'continue shopping' or 'checkout'. Click: Checkout, at this point you are asked to either register yourself on our web site to assist future transactions or proceed without registering. You will be asked at this stage to complete your name, address & contact numbers.
Order Step 2: This screen confirms order details, costs, delivery charge (UK Mainland Only) and tax, where applicable. You will be asked to confirm your billing and delivery addresses.
Order Step 3: Click: Submit order to us, this will take you to the Payment Service Provider PSP. You will then receive confirmation emails. For an order placed upon this web site, we will collect your card details privately and securely using our Payment Service Provider (PSP). See the ‘World Pay' link for more information.
The following cards are accepted for an online order by World Pay (A Division of the Royal ank of Scotland).
Credit Cards: Visa & MasterCard.
Debit Cards: Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta, JCB, Switch
Alternatively if you wish to you can submit the order to us by fax or email without the payments being made online by the PSP, we will then ring you to obtain the payment details.
Faxed Order
For an order placed by fax, we shall respond by telephone to obtain your payment details to accompany the order. The following cards are accepted for a faxed order.
Credit cards: Visa & MasterCard.
Debit cards: Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta, JCB or Switch
*You can also pay by cheque for a faxed order if you wish, although we will require payment receipt prior to processing. We will then post you confirmation of your order and delivery date.
Telephone Order
For an order placed by telephone, you will need the web site in front of you. You can the quote the type, style, size etc to us using any relevant codes & descriptions. We will then repeat your details to you and request payment details to accompany the order being placed.

Printed/Personalised Garments
Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm the personalisation of the garment(s) you have ordered. We will then email or post you an artwork proof of the image or text for confirmation and acceptance. Please check the proof and order details carefully. We will not begin the printing or personalising of any garments until we are in receipt of your signed artwork proof acceptance.
